Hi downloaded the v14 realplayer and now i cant download any video from Youtube, it works with other sites like vimeo, i use chrome and i dont know what to do.

Do u guys are planning to release an update or do i have to switch back to v13 imminently?

i just purchase the real player sp plus and is real angry at how it works, i have tried burning downloaded music videos to dvd and it does complete, have been doing it for hours. very irate, this issue needs to be address, almost want my money back

Hi. I'm all for updating software, but i was very dissapointed to see there isn't an area to put song lyrics in, in the clip info. There are a few songs that I like to display the clip info on during, and read the lyrics and sing along, but i can't do that now! Please put it back! I miss it! :)!

Seriously... I have used previous versions of this and found it to be one of the most useful and stable tools ever. What gives with this??? How does this pass QA?

everytime i try converting my videos into mp3 its not working. seriously this is pissing me off. fix it

Opened the link for the video, clicked the download button, pop up box appears, then says "Realplayer downloader has stopped working. So, I clicked on the "record" button at the bottom of the screen. It says "unable to record"....

Get rid of the share buttons. Takes up too much space. If I want to tweet or facebook I can do it from there or EVERYWHERE else on the net. I feel like I'm being ambushed into sharing. AND drop the lame picture button.

when it finds media from different places it makes many duplicate, triplicate and worse and no easy way to fix. Should be a push of a button capability.

I plug my IPod in, and not only does real player not pop up, but when I open real player, the options to transfer music to my ipod aren't there- and my Ipod is plugged in.

Even though most songs only need basic clip info, the single reason I use real player is it gave me the broadest access to other custom fields in MP3 files such as Composer, Custom 1, and Lyrics.

I liked the old version better it more like a "downgrade" than an upgrade.may you please fix it.If it continues there would really be no use for your services.

I updated to newest version. Download this video tab doesn't appear when I use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Realplayer 14 is a huge downgrade. Add music tab and put file/edit/view back on the top. Do not follow microsofts example with internet explorer. Notice how everyone with any computer knowledge has moved away from internet explorer?

Also re-add the button for the organizer its annoying going into view to activate it.

i have just downloaded the most recent version for my windows 7 laptop and as soon as i try to play a song, a window pops up and says that a problem has occurred and must close realplayer. every time i try to open it, the same result occurs.
